Opération de commutation
Princeton T ec calculates total burn time as the time it takes for the light source to produce a
minimum of 0.25 lux at 2 meters. 0.25 lux is about the equivalent of a full moon on a clear night.
Abstand. 0,25 Lux entsprechen in etwa

The Byte has two light sources to choose from, one
3mm red LED or a Maxbright LED. The red light source
always turns on first, followed by the two settings for
the Maxbright LED. (Low then High)

If the Byte fails to light:
• Check the batteries for proper installation.
• Replace batteries if proper installation is
• Check the light for water contamination. The light will
resume normal operation
once the water is shaken or blown out and the light
is left open until completely dry . If the light has been
contaminated with salt water , flush the unit with
fresh water and dry as described above.
The Byte has 3 modes. The light will always come on
in the Red LED mode.
After the Red LED mode, the
Byte will circulate to the white LED (low
, then high).
Please note that after 2 hours of use on the high mode
of the white LED, the Byte will only have one output
mode in the white LED, and there will be no difference
in the beam strength when you press to switch to high
